Tallawhalt Phase 3

The Swinomish Housing Authority recently finished the construction of 8 Aging-in-place rental homes. These homes are two bedroom/two bath homes. Two are fully ADA accessible and six are partially ADA, with features that easily convert to full ADA accessibility. These homes are added to your stock of 115 SHA rental units and initial occupancy began June 1, 2021.
